The Product

The Floodgate barrier comprises of a boxed tube metal frame which expands telescopically, firstly on the horizontal plane and secondly on the vertical. This frame sites in a 7mm thick rubber envelope which creates a waterproof seal - no permanent fittings are required on the property. The unit takes minutes to install, is easy to use and maintain and comes complete with equipment necessary for successful deployment.

We have recently launched in Australia after spending more than a year testing and developing Floodgate for local conditions, including performance tests to levels exceeding 1 metre, as well as developing a Fast-Fit stanchion that joins several Floodgates together to create watertight temporary walls that seal off larger building openings such as garages, driveways and patios.

Floodgate door guards have been in use in the UK and Europe since November 1997. Clients include Councils, Environment Agencies, construction companies, emergency services and the general public.
